She is the wife of 7 years to her high school sweetheart Daniel. A mom to their 1.5-year-old rainbow baby, Norah, as well as a dog mom to Konathe Pua and Mozart the Morkie. She has a background in teaching elementary PE and high school health and wellness classes.

She enjoys exploring new places, nutrition, renovating their home, exercising, family-centered fun, and finding new ways to make life easier. She lives by the motto "Work Hard. Play Hard" and strives to love and care for others well.
