Shipping Information 

For all orders over $100, within the United States, we're excited to offer two convenient shipping methods: 

  • Express Shipping: This service ensures your order arrives at your doorstep within 3-5 business days, at an additional fee. Opt for express shipping at checkout to expedite your order. 
  • Complimentary Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $100, with delivery within 10-14 business days.  

For orders under $100 within the United States, a shipping fee will be applied at checkout, ensuring that every purchase is handled with care and arrives in a timely manner.  

International Shipping: For customers outside the United States, shipping fees will be charged based on the carrier's rates for your location. Please note, we ship globally, ensuring that no matter where you are, you can enjoy our products. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout. We strive to make international shipping as seamless as possible. If your country is not listed or if you face any issues with customs or taxes, please contact us at, and we'll work diligently to find a solution. 

Delivery Times: Expect your order to arrive within 21 days after the end of the drop. We partner with trusted couriers like DHL and FedEx to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. Note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey. 

Additional Shipping Information: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday), and holidays might experience a slight delay due to increased volume. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing.

Order Status

How do I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation from us once your order has been placed. Additionally, you will receive tracking information from DHL Express or FedEx once the order has been shipped, just click on the link in the email and you will be redirected to DHL or FedEx's order tracker page. What is the status of my order?

Awaiting Fulfillment: Yay! Your order was successfully placed! Thank you! You will receive a confirmation email with details of your order.

In-Production: Your lovely pieces are currently being sewn, made specially for you. Fulfillment time is typically 21 days from order date.

Shipped: Your order has shipped and will be on your doorstep very soon! All orders shipped will receive emails with tracking information.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please let us know while the collection is still live—please email as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the launch has passed, we are unable to make changes to your order.


What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as PayPal. We also accept Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay. You will be able to select credit card or PayPal payment during checkout.


We elevate sustainability—our collections are curated from surplus materials and fabrics that, without our intervention, might have been discarded as waste. In our commitment to environmental responsibility, we prioritize the use of fabrics derived from recyclable materials whenever possible. Is it feasible to incorporate recyclable materials into our products? Absolutely. 


Return and Refund Policy 

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us about your wish to return an item. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we will not be able to grant your request.  Please provide proof of purchase to facilitate the credit refund process. 

Items Not Eligible for Credit Refunds: 

  • Gift Cards & Delivery Charges. 
  • Any item reported more than 14 days after delivery.
