Shipping

What about customs, duties, and/or taxes required by my country?

All duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. We ship internationally, but if your country isn't included in our shipping parameters, please reach out to us at support@sewsewyou.com and we will do our best to accommodate you!

How long will it take before I get my order?

Your order will be delivered within 21 days after the drop ends. We only use reputable couriers to ship your orders and mostly DHL or FedEx. Please note: we can not ship to PO boxes. Once we're finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped which will include tracking information.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

Order Status

How do I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation from us once your order has been placed. Additionally, you will receive tracking information from DHL Express or FedEx once the order has been shipped, just click on the link in the email and you will be redirected to DHL or FedEx's order tracker page. For additional questions, please contact support@sewsewyou.com.

What is the status of my order?

Awaiting Fulfillment: Yay! Your order was successfully placed! Thank you! You will receive a confirmation email with details of your order.

In-Production: Your lovely pieces are currently being sewn, made specially for you. Fulfillment time is typically 21 days from order date.

Shipped: Your order has shipped and will be on your doorstep very soon! All orders shipped will receive emails with tracking information.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please let us know while the collection is still live—please email support@sewsewyou.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the launch has passed, we are unable to make changes to your order.

Payment

What are your payment options?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as PayPal. We also accept Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay. You will be able to select credit card or PayPal payment during checkout.

Product

We do better—our products are made from excess materials and fabric that would end up as landfill waste had we not found a beautiful use for them! And of course, we choose to use fabrics made from recyclable materials whenever. Do we use recyclable materials? It is possible.

Returns/Exchanges

What is your return and refund policy?

Return & Refund Policy

Returns are free on any full price and sale items returned to us so long as you meet the following requirements:

- within 14 days of receipt of order. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- proof of purchase

- original tags intact

- product in perfect condition

Non-returnable items:

Gift Cards & Delivery Charges. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. For late or missing refunds, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

What is your exchange policy?

We offer exchanges if the required materials are still available, otherwise, please request a refund, as follows:

- within 14 days of receipt of order. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
